Arts & Soul

Since 2003 Arts & Soul has operated in collaboration with Idea Exchange and supportive local artists to provide free monthly arts experiences for those who are facing challenges to their sense of well-being.

Creativity is innately therapeutic, building a skill base that is transferable; helping people face their daily challenges.

Our motto is "let you creative spirit soar". We facilitate this with activities that focus on the process rather than the final product. There is no right or wrong and challenges are viewed as learning opportunities.

Arts and Soul workshops are offered on the first Wednesday of each month from 1:00-3:00pm.  Workshops are suitable for all skill levels and take place at Idea Exchange, 1 North Square and in the Design at Riverside Printmaking Studio, 7 Melville St. Arts & Soul does not run during the summer months (July and August).

All are welcome to come out and “let your creative spirit soar”!
