Go to Guelph this weekend and take it all in.
One of the best music and art festivals in the region is turning 10 this year! If you don’t know KAZOO! you should. The festival opens tonight with a reception for an exhibition at one of the venues presented in partnership with Ed Video Media Arts Centre. “Present Rituals” curated by Scott McGovern is up now, and only here until April 8. There are film screenings, events, parties, and of course music all for you to enjoy this weekend only.
If you don’t know about this multimedia fest, with several dates, stages, and events, not to mention the Print Fair where you can find limited edition artist prints, book, zines, and plenty of other merch, go check them out.
Looking at the lineup and all partner events, looks like KAZOO! knows how to celebrate a decade of great work. You can also check out an article about the 10 years from the founder of the festival Brad McInerney and this CBC article. Have a blast KAZOO! Congrats and happy birthday.
