Kids, Idea Exchange | September 1, 2017
Summer might be over, but Youth Services is gearing up for a fun-filled Fall at Idea Exchange! Many of our well-loved programs will be running at our various locations, and we are also beginning some exciting new ventures. With over 20 different types of programs offered at our four branches, there is something for everyone!
Babies, toddlers, and their parents love Explore on the Floor, a sensory explosion of messy, hands-on fun that covers the whole department!
Preschoolers can practice spending time away from parents in Kindergarten Connection, a registered program where a variety of hands-on activities and crafts help them prepare for the big step to Kindergarten.
Kids who are in school during the day will love our after school and evening programs – including The 4pm Project, where kids will have the opportunity to experiment with exciting technology and experiments, including Ozobots and Minecraft.
Be sure to check out the fall edition of the Idea Exchange Magazine [PDF], or our website, to see the details about the program you’d like to attend. In person registration begins Monday, September 11, 2017 at 9:30am at Queen’s Square and 10am at Clemens Mill, Preston and Hespeler. Phone registration begins Tuesday, September 12, 2017. All programs begin the week of September 18.
A world of discovery awaits you at Idea Exchange this fall!
