Join us on Sundays, January 15 to February 26 from 1:30 – 3:00pm at Queen’s Square and explore this mindful meditation which uses movement of the body to generate self-awareness. All are welcome to discover the immense benefits of meditation!
Cold got you feeling blue? Warm up with some laughter! Join spoken work artist Barb Day and hip-hop emcee and spoken word poet Rafay Ansari at the Brant Rant Roadshow on Sunday, January 15 from 3:00 – 4:00pm at Queen’s Square. Back by popular demand, our Night Out series returns with Pints and Printmaking! Gather some friends and head to Queen’s Square on Thursday, January 26 from 7:00 – 9:00pm for a night of creativity. Here’s how it works: we provided the printmaking supplies – and beer (or wine) – and you get a unique and fun evening with friends! Our friendly instructor guides you through each step of creating your own print. Cheers to good times with great friends!
