Get active this May by participating in a wide range of activities at Idea Exchange locations. May begins with a celebration of youth during National Youth Arts Week from May 1-7. Check out ArtVibe: Green Edition on Monday, May 1, 6:30pm at Preston and on Tuesday, May 2, 6:30pm at our Clemens Mill location.

If gaming is your thing, check out the PS4 + More Hour! at Queen’s Square on Wednesdays or drop in to play on our Xbox from 4:00 – 5:00pm at Clemens Mill on Thursdays.  If you want to experience virtual reality join us for a game of Virtual Reality Pictionary using the HTC Vive at Queen’s Square on Thursday, May 4.

Throughout the month of May check out more Idea Exchange programs for teens on our What’s On page.

Finally to close out the month, come out and enjoy Field Games at the Heart of the Community celebration on Tuesday, May 30. Play games and test our new line-up of soccer balls, basketballs and other equipment which can be signed out with your Idea Exchange card.

SO much happening at Idea Exchange!! If you are an older teen or adult and fan of analog experiences, the Hespeler branch is having a drop-in Board Game Cafe on May 11 from 6:30 - 9:30!
Gather together, meet like-minded gamers, and conquer the world!! Fun, friendly atmosphere for those fans of games like Pandemic, Magic, Scrabble, Catan and D&D. Snacks and drinks provided. Small selection of games available. Come and try out some new games or bring your favourites with you!
