The project consists of an anarchist inspired, post-apocalyptic art video game set in the Great Lakes that the visitors can play in the gallery and bring home for free. The Sum is the English version of the latest (and still ongoing) project Nous Aurons. The exhibition is accompanied by a live performance by Antonio de Braga (music composer for The Sum), Fred Lebrasseur (sound composer for The Sum) and Hugo Nadeau. It is a participatory multidisciplinary show in which visitors are invited to play the game in front of others. New Media art is changing. This indie video games inspires community thinking and empathy in a world of increasing uncertainties.
