Everyone can be a camera owner but, you have to be in charge of the camera to be a photographer.

You don’t have to accept mediocre pictures; you can learn the skills to be in command of the camera. Make it give you the image you want! You deserve to see what is really in your mind.

Technology allows us to do so much; our modern cameras are very capable and better that what a lot of professionals used to use. It can be fun to learn how to work with shutter speed and motion; aperture and depth of field; flash and light; and composition. After you learn the basics you will have to tools to develop your vision. Then you can play in macro, portraits, low light, and storytelling.

Learning photography can help you take pictures, but it can also help you see the world with new eyes. You will enjoy the patterns in the beauty of a smile, the shadows of fence, and the intense command of a gaze. Photography is a great for developing your vision and finding another way to enjoy the world around you!
