Donna Willard is a Cambridge based artist whose many activities involve exploring the complexities of our relationship to loss, time and transformation through sculpture and painting. Born in Hamilton and raised in St. Catharine’s, Ontario, Willard has been a resident of Cambridge since 1989. In 1982 she received her Architectural Technologist certificate from Mohawk College. In 2010 Willard earned her BA Honours with distinction at the University of Guelph, majoring in Studio Art with a concentration in sculpture and painting. Although her career as a professional figure skating coach has spanned over 25 years, she has always aspired to be an artist.
