Jonathan Tyrrell is a professional new media artist specializing in interactive systems, sound design and performance.  He has been a member of the Philip Beesley Architect Inc collective for two years during which time he has acted as interactive system coordinator for Hylozoic Series installations in Quebec City, Mexico City, and Venice.  Tyrrell has also co-developed interactive sound compositions for PBAi's Nuit Blanche 2010 project,  Aurora and the Hylozoic Filters project in Reims, France as part of the Chemins Numerique Festival.  An award-winning graduate from the University of Waterloo School of Architecture, Tyrrell has also worked in architecture firms in Canada and Europe as a graphic designer and intern architect.
