Flysöd

The intervention establishes a flat platform of useable pedestrian space; picnincs, naps, and the opportunity to inhabit the meadow in a manor that is otherwise inaccessible. The platform acts as an artificial piece of nature, with connotations of the suburban lawn. It exists in camoflauge with, but also in stark contrast to its surroundings. Off centre is a small incision of the “real” landscape as framed by the simulated.
