Check out these awesome Halloween programs happening this month at Idea Exchange for kids and teens.

Just in time for Halloween, school’s out on Friday, October 26 for a PD Day. We’ve got you covered for fun, Halloween-themed programs all day at different locations:

  • Stop by Hespeler from 10:30 – 11:30am for Halloween Haunt. Make sure you come in costume for this party, and get set for crafts and games!
  • Design a pumpkin launcher and chuck a pumpkin during Pumpkin Catapults at Preston from 10:30 – 11:30am. Bring your own pumpkin (B.Y.O.P.) to decorate and take home (no pumpkins will be harmed in this program).
  • Celebrate at Queen’s Square with Frightfully Fun Friday from 10:30am – 3:30pm; enjoy crafts, games, and ghoulish fun!
  • Join Clemens Mill for games and songs during a Not-So-Spooky Campfire Day from 2:00 – 3:00pm.

All PD Day programs are drop-in and for all ages.

Take your Halloween night to the next level with a spooky soundtrack! Sign up for our Create Your Own Spooky Soundtrack program at the Old Post Office and you’ll get to make one. Whether it’s the perfect addition to your haunted house or your costume, this program is sure to take your Halloween game up a notch. This program is on Saturday, October 27 from 1:00 – 3:00pm. Registration required, ages 13 to 19.

Grab your costume and get ready for a hauntingly good time at Preston’s Monster Mash! Come play games and create gruesome crafts from 2:00 – 3:00pm. This program is drop-in and for all ages.

We hope everyone has a spooky, fun, and safe Halloween this October, and we can’t wait to see you all dressed up in your awesome costumes.
