Are you making Christmas dinner this year? There are many options these days, and opportunities to make new traditions. For example, if your family has always had turkey, but you’re looking for something different, perhaps you’d like to consider some vegetarian options or vegan options for a new, fancy, celebratory meal. Try a nut loaf surrounded by all the regular fare—stuffing, squash or sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce and of course pumpkin pie. You might be surprised at how much you like it.
