In 2021, Idea Exchange assisted seniors with booking vaccination appointments, supported the Cambridge Poppy Project, hosted hundreds of online programs and became Fine Free Forever!
Other highlights included:
- 3,472 new memberships
- new collection and material launches
- reciprocal borrowing with Brantford Public Library
- 180,000+ holds placed
- 9,880 Crafty Creation kits for children
- 7 exhibitions featuring the work of 51 artists, including 18 regional artists
