From reading on a tablet to building simple robots, the Discovery Centre will be a hub of interactive fun. With a focus on STEAM activities (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math), we invite school aged children to explore what works and what doesn’t, make mistakes, and try again. This experiential learning approach is designed to challenge and engage, helping to develop new skills, attitudes, and ways of thinking. Let’s build a love of learning, creating and discovering together!

STEAMboxes

STEAMboxesDo you dream in STEAM? Each of our STEAMboxes offers a unique, hands-on, interdisciplinary learning experience for a child and parent to explore together. Build a video game character, explore electrical circuits, write code for some simple computers, program a robot, or make some art. Then take some photos and share your experience with the world on our STEAMblog.
