This fast walk is a container to move around with and in, and allow ourselves to nourish and let loose in our body-minds. It will be punctuated with stops along the way to learn and do Brain Gym exercises together, which are a series of simple movements and games designed to stimulate, integrate, and calm the two hemispheres of the brain.
Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Let us know if you have any accessibility questions or needs. We will work with you to make your participation possible.
Neuroplastic Perambulation is facilitated by Kristina Campbell. Kristina is a certified Educational Therapist with over 10 years of experience teaching people skills and strategies for learning. Find out more at campbelltherapy.ca
