A wonderful addition to the work set out in the Juliet Harbutt cheese book. That book is 10 years old now and still excellent. Consider this cheese book an even more beautiful and drool inducing update. Besides the requisite photos and detailed tasting notes of cheese producing regions around the world (including Canada), there is also an excellent recipe section that will surely have you running to you local fromagier.
