Keen provides the counterpoint to digital evangelist's like Clay Shirky. Whereas digital evangelist's see only blind promise, Keen sees the opposite. Like most rants, it's fun to read (not always fair), and makes some good points. His argument trails off before the end of the book, but it's very readable and worth going through.
