Paris Echo tells the story of Hannah, a postdoc student studying the library archives, trying to uncover the personal accounts of Parisian women who lived under Nazi occupation during WWII. Her life intersects with Tariq, a nineteen-year old immigrant who is looking for a future in Paris. The past, never far from the surface, connects with the present in a not entirely satisfying way, in this historical/ghost story.
