If you've spent more than $500 on self help books, tape and CD packages read this book. If you're perplexed why you haven't retained any lasting improvement after absorbing the last "must have" self help book or audio/dvd program, read this book. If you've spent more than a $1,000 on self help materials you now probably know enough about what you "should" be doing and can spend your money on something else. If you're reluctant to stop buying, make an appointment with a local psychologist and bounce you're issue(s) off them. You may find you're not the "head case" you thought you were. And if it turns out the other way, at least now you'll probably get some help that lasts.
