This absurdist satire of capitalism and systemic racism in the workplace is the best kind of weird. Set in a not-too-distant version of our present-day world, the protagonist tries to succeed in the telemarketing business where the principal commandment is to "Stick to the Script". Meanwhile, his eccentric performance artist girlfriend is not buying into his version of the American Dream. If you like risk-taking movies that engage in sharp political commentary through far-out, science fiction premises (such as Get Out, BlackKKlansman or Idiocracy), this film will shock and engage you in a similar way. This one is a conversation-starter!
