Gives a good overview of the birth and life of the Ku Klux Klan (with lots of illustrations), from post Civil War today. The writing is clear and concise and most definitely appropriate for Children and YA readers. Most of the book focuses primarily on the first forty years of the organization's post-Reconstruction life.
