Fortunately, Idea Exchange can help you with some of these needs and make acing that big project or test a little easier.

Quiet Space

If you find your home a little too loud, with too many disruptions from other people, you can book a Quiet Study Room, available at our Queen’s Square and Clemens Mill locations, and study in peace. We have free Wi-Fi onsite for you to use and plenty of great study resources on hand. Our friendly staff can also help you to find material to help with your research questions. 

Technology for Research, Writing and Printing

Are printing problems getting you down? Mobile print from your laptop, device or phone at any of our locations across Cambridge. We’ve also got you covered for any of your scanning, photocopying, and faxing needs.

Maybe your laptop is not working right now? If so, you can borrow one of ours while you’re working at our Queen’s Square, Hespeler, and Old Post Office locations.

Exam Proctoring Service

Perhaps you need your exam proctored? We proctor exams at our Queen’s Square location. Complete our online form to book a proctor. Please note that proctoring requests must be submitted a minimum of ten (10) days before the exam date. Once submitted, please allow two to three business days for a response.

Online Tools for Research

Finally, if you are searching for high-quality research sources, you can finish your projects and research papers with authoritative sources from the Canadian Periodical Index or Maclean’s Magazine. You can use our online resources from anywhere with an Internet connection.
