Cambridge Public Library is thrilled to share that construction of our sixth location has officially started! Our new location will be co-located at the new Cambridge Recreation and Library Complex in Southeast Galt. To mark this milestone, a groundbreaking ceremony was held on October 24, 2024.

Between Monday, November 4 and Friday, November 22 construction will occur on the main floor and second floor windows in the computer and magazine areas of Queen’s Square.Due to the construction, some spaces will be blocked off with no access permitted and there may be some loud noises at times.All regular library services will be available during this time.We thank you for your understanding and patience.

Book Club in a Bag kits offer our members an opportunity to participate in meaningful conversations, driven by inspiring stories and ideas. Dozens of titles are available through these kits, all selected because they are powerfully written and spark conversations. Each kit includes eight copies of a book and supporting materials to assist in leading thought-provoking conversations.
